With a PhD in Management and more than 20 years of experience, I help people find their voice, build future-ready skills, and lead with confidence.
At Tech Mahindra, I lead Learning & Development, driving enterprise L&D strategy across technical, functional, and behavioural skill tracks. I also serve as Program Manager & Facilitator for Leadership Learning Services, as a Certified In-house Coach, and as Head of the Tech Mahindra Toastmasters Community in India. Beyond Tech Mahindra, I head the Regional Industry Academia Alliance for Madhya Pradesh with the Federation of Training and Placement Officers, building partnerships between academic institutions and industry.
From university classrooms to corporate boardrooms, I have empowered learners at every stage of their journey: more than 2,00,000 students, 1,00,000 professionals and 1,000 teachers and professors, with 100+ sessions delivered in universities across India.
As a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), I've won over 100 speech contests and served in various leadership roles, including as a Division Director. Today I lead the Wonders of Women Toastmasters Club as President. This journey has honed my ability to communicate effectively and inspire others to find their voice.
My sessions are energetic, practical, and people-first, so participants don't just listen: they practice, grow, and leave inspired to act.
